This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing fee payments, cancellations, and refunds at St. Anthony’s Global Academy (“the School”). Parents and guardians are advised to read this policy carefully before making any payments.
Registration and admission fees are payable at the time of admission and are generally non-refundable, as they are utilized for administrative and processing purposes.
If a parent/guardian chooses to withdraw a student after admission has been confirmed, a written request must be submitted to the School Administration.
The School reserves the right to cancel admission in cases of:
In such cases, the decision of the School Management shall be final and binding, and no refund shall be entertained.
Wherever refunds are approved, they will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, within a reasonable processing period.
The School shall not be liable for refunds in circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.
