These Terms and Conditions govern the admission, enrollment, and continued association of students and parents/guardians with St. Anthony’s Global Academy (hereafter referred to as “the School”). By seeking admission and continuing enrollment, parents/guardians agree to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations of the School as prescribed from time to time.
Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and the discretion of the School Management. Submission of required documents and payment of prescribed fees within stipulated timelines are mandatory to confirm admission.
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for academic progress. Students are expected to attend all working days unless prevented by genuine reasons, which must be communicated to the School in advance or immediately thereafter.
Students must adhere strictly to the prescribed school uniform and grooming standards. Non-compliance may result in corrective measures.
Evaluation methods, examinations, and promotion criteria are determined by the School in accordance with the curriculum guidelines. The School’s decision in academic matters shall be final.
Students are responsible for the proper use and care of school property. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be chargeable to the concerned student.
The School takes reasonable measures to ensure student safety; however, parents/guardians must inform the School of any medical conditions or special needs of the student.
Official communication from the School will be made through notices, circulars, the school website, or other authorized channels. Parents are expected to stay informed and respond when required.
The School Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, policies, and procedures at any time. Such changes shall be binding upon all students and parents.
